The Job

• Handle network tickets and fix LAN/WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi problems.
• Update firmware, back up configurations, and check systems regularly.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams with clear documentation.

The Talent

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant expertise.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in helpdesk or end-user support.
• Possession of at least one networking certification, such as CCNA, HCIA, or CompTIA Network+.
