Network Systems Engineer 2

**Job Title: Network Engineer – Tier 2 (L2)**

**Experience**

2–6 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise / corporate networks.

**Education & Certification**

+ Graduate in any stream
+ CCNA – Mandate
+ CCNP – Added advantage
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide Tier‑2 support for enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, SD‑WAN and security environments for branch sites and data centers.
+ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including wireless, routing, switching, ACI, VPN, and destination reachability etc. Analyse issues using OSI model fundamentals and document root cause and resolution.
+ Handle incidents, service requests, and changes as per defined SLA and ITIL processes.
+ Perform configuration and troubleshooting on switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, load balancers.
