Network Technician I

Candidate will need to be qualified in installing, testing and certifying structured and patch panel cabling in a data center environment.

+ Working in a structured cabling environment.

+ Installing single and multi-mode optical cabling.

+ Inspecting and cleaning installed optical cabling.

+ Installing copper cable to IEEE and BICSI cabling standards.

+ Testing installed cables using a Fluke Versiv Mainframe.

+ Decommissioning obsolete networking cabling infrastructure.

+ Working with elevated and underfloor cabling trays.
