APM TerminalsNetwork Operations & SupportMaintain and support IT and OT networking environments, ensuring 24/7 uptime.Proactively monitor network performance and availability using SolarWinds, Grafana, and other enterprise monitoring tools.Troubleshoot and resolve networking incidents within agreed SLAs using ServiceNow.Partner with operations teams to address communication issues with cranes, CHE, and other critical systems. Purpose of the Role
