Networking Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Networking Technician experienced in fibre optic and wireless ISP networks.
Key Duties
Fibre optic cable laying, splicing & termination
Install and maintain ISP fibre & wireless networks
Configure & troubleshoot MikroTik routers
(PPPoE, Hotspot, bandwidth queues, basic firewall rules)
Install, align & manage Ubiquiti radios and access points
Hotspot user setup, access control & troubleshooting
Network fault diagnosis and customer onboarding
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with fibre optics
Strong knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS (PPPoE & Hotspot)
Experience with Ubiquiti (airMAX / UniFi) devices
ISP / WISP experience is a strong advantage
Comfortable with outdoor and field work
