• Key Responsibilities
• Operate and support OT LAN and connectivity services across manufacturing sites.
• Ensure network health, availability, and performance aligned with plant constraints and SLAs.
• Support centralized remote operations for OT environments.
• Manage industrial switching environments and plant connectivity.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize switches, VLANs, segmentation, and redundancy.
• Support industrial protocols such as PROFINET, Modbus, and EtherNet/IP .
• Support OT firewalls (e.g., mGuard or equivalent).
• Implement firewall rules, segmentation, NAT, and secure communication paths.
• Align OT network changes with cybersecurity and plant security requirements.
