Position Summary/Description:
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking a board certified/board eligible (BC/BE) Neurointensivist to join our growing group. The successful candidate will join our team of 7 neurointensivists providing neurocritical care services in our state-of-the-art Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit ( NSICU ) at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill. The appointment is for either a fixed-term or tenure-track faculty appointment. This recruitment is open rank and dependent upon qualification/experience of the candidate.
The Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit ( NSICU ) at UNC Medical Center is currently a 22-bed unit staffed full-time by neurointensivists; acute care advanced practice providers providing 24/7 coverage; and trainees rotating from neurology, neurosurgery, p...
