**Job Qualifications**

+ MD or DO degree and considered board certified/eligible in Anesthesiology.
+ Completion of an accredited pain fellowship program.
+ Licensure in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
+ DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
