Job Summary


CSA Group has an opportunity for a New Account Manager – Home and Commercial, based in Toronto, Canada. This role serves as the primary customer contact for developing new accounts in the Lighting, Wiring Devices, Wire and Cable, and High-Tech industries, with responsibility for supporting customers across Canada. The New Account Manager partners closely with Marketing to identify prospects, nurture leads, and develop accurate new-account strategies to win business from companies that do not currently work with CSA Group. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline by leveraging company research tools such as ZoomInfo, defining value from the prospect’s perspective, prioritizing leads, and creating effective prospecting call plans.
