The New Business Intake Analyst is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing new business requests to ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements. This role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the end-to-end intake workflow. The analyst ensures that all submitted information is complete, accurate, and ready for timely processing, contributing to operational efficiency and service quality.

Schedule: Shift starts between 7‑9 am. Rare occasions for workday overtime; holiday overtime done on a rotation basis for most local holidays. The hybrid setup requires at least 8 days a month on site, 3–4 of which are set days while the rest are flexible.
