Position Overview

Manages the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.

Responsibilities


+ Drive program strategy from end to end—defining scope, building budgets, and developing detailed schedules aligned to leadership direction.

+ Own program planning excellence, using Microsoft Project, cPlace, Jira, and critical path analysis to keep complex initiatives on track.
