Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated **New Equipment Supervisor, Field Service** to drive productivity and the performance of new equipment projects for the branch and customers. The NE Superintendent will be responsible for the new equipment business, including field operations, customer satisfaction and overall general business management.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Direct, supervise, and lead the performance of field operations for the New Equipment installation side of Otis’ business
+ Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams
+ Achieve performance to estimate targets
