Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate Opportunity!
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital is hiring New Graduate Registered Nurses in our Med/Surg/Tele units.
The New Grad Program Starts August 10, 2026
RN New Graduates will experience 12 weeks of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship.
Application period: June 9th- June 23rd / or once 300 applications are recieved.
Interviews will be scheduled for early July. We will reach out to you directly to schedule an interview.
