- Lead the development of the injection mold.
- Establish quality control standards.
- Prepare and compile PPAP and APQP documents.
- Control the injection mold development schedule to meet customer deadlines.
- Conduct production trials to ensure smooth mass production.
- Develop parts to meet the specifications or requirements outlined in the drawings.
- Develop parts to be suitable within the cost pricing data.
- Provide support in evaluating results together with customers.
- Provide support in evaluating and auditing with customers.
- Organize meetings and deliver products for mass production.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a New Model Engineer, Mold Design Engineer in the Automotive manufacturing industry.
