- Supervise the entire prototype assembly process.
- Establish standard assembly methods by evaluating and optimizing each assembly step.
- Design and fabricate temporary assembly jigs or dedicated tools to improve assembly accuracy and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely material preparation and processing according to assembly schedules.
- Verify the quality and dimensional accuracy of parts supplied by production teams or suppliers before assembly.
- Analyze issues occurring during assembly and report findings to the R&D / design team.
- Propose design improvements to reduce complexity, lower cost, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Confirm the functionality of all systems before delivery.
