A New Product Development (NPD) Executive is a cross-functional role responsible for shepherding products from initial ideation to commercial launch. They act as a bridge between marketing, R&D, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure new products meet consumer needs, quality standards, and launch timelines

Product Ideation & Research: Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and identify product gaps to conceptualize new product ideas.
Project Management: Track the end-to-end development pipeline to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
