Job Scope / Responsibilities :

Automotive & Motorcycle Aftermarket

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead the development and improvement of spray paint products for the automotive and motorcycle aftermarket.

This role requires a strong background in paint/coatings chemistry combined with hands-on experience bringing products from lab to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Lead end-to-end development of spray paint products (concept to launch)

1. Develop and improve spray paint formulations to meet performance, quality, and cost targets

2. Coordinate testing, pilot runs, and production scale-up

3. Ensure compliance with VOC, safety, labeling, and regulatory standards

4. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and suppliers

5. Support product launches and continuous product improvement
