Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

2–5 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), specifically in Snacks (chips/savory products), minimum currently in supervisor level.

Experience handling end-to-end NPD, from idea generation -> formulation -> trials -> test result analysis -> lab activities > product launch.

Experience developing 5–8 new products per year.

Strong understanding of snack production processes (mixing, baking, extrusion, frying, coating).

Knowledge of and experience with food safety and certifications (BPOM, Halal, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
