Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Mold Development

• Lead new product development activities from concept to mass production.
• Coordinate mold design, fabrication, and qualification.
• Review part designs for manufacturability (DFM) and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with tooling suppliers to ensure mold quality and compliance.
• Approve mold trials, sample validation, and engineering changes.

2. Injection Molding Process Development

• Develop and optimize injection molding parameters.
• Establish standard process settings and documentation.
• Lead mold trials (T0, T1, T2, etc.) and troubleshoot issues such as warpage, shrinkage, flash, and short shots.
• Ensure cycle time optimization and cost efficiency.

3. Project Management

• Create and monitor project timelines for new product introduction (NPI).
