NEW PRODUCT ENGINEER A

Job Description:

• Collaborate with NPI and Manufacturing teams to proactively identify and resolve design or process issues early in the production lifecycle.
• Support new product introductions by coordinating prototype builds, preparing assembly and test documentation, and participating in design reviews.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions during pilot and production builds.
• Document and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) within the PLM system.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• With at least 4 to 6 years of work experience in manufacturing product development, or engineering.
• Basic knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, Minitab, Excel-based analysis).
• Working knowledge with PCB/PCBA is a plus.
