You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Product Development and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for driving the seamless industrialization of new products from the early‑stage prototypes to full‑scale production, ensuring robust documentation, process readiness, and cross‑functional alignment. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and resolving design and manufacturability issues, especially when scaling up production internally or transferring to contract manufacturers.
