New Product Quality Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction for New Product Development quality related issues

- Ensure all specifications with respect to quality requirements are met for new product development

- Ensure Past Troubles are well captured in new Product/Process Design

- Conduct Customer process/product audits - New products

- Layout and inspection of parts - NPD

- PPAP Approval for Child Part In-house & BO PPAP as per Product MDS

- Participate in Obeya & Review of LVPT & HVPT trials w.R.T Quality expectations

- Developing and deploying efficient systems and policies to ensure smooth & FTR products handover

KPI:

- No. of Improvements/HD done in PFMEA/DFMEA - As per Budgeted numbers (15% weightage)
