Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled New Relic Expert to design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in New Relic tools, scripting, automation, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of application environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication across global teams.
Key Responsibilities**

• Deploy and configure New Relic APM, Infrastructure, Browser, and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Develop and maintain synthetic scripts for proactive monitoring.
• Create and manage dashboards, alerts, workloads, and performance reports.
• Integrate New Relic with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and cloud platforms.
• Automate monitoring workflows using Terraform and scripting.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
