New Retail Development Manager

What are we looking for?



+ B.S. or M.S. degree

+ Strong knowledge or experience on new retail O2O business, FMCG industry is a plus

+ Strong knowledge of consumer engagement technologies, experience on content/social media is a plus

+ Strong knowledge on digital-commerce business

What will be your key responsibilities?



+ JDDJ Group & To store platform(Ali pay/Wechat/Tiktok local/Gaode ) management, establish partnership, deliver JBP target and develop category captaincy

+ Explore platform Eco-system Reach-to-Convert Model enabled by mkt collaboration/business model innovation, consumer experience design within platform eco-system by connecting all consumer touchpoints, and lead snacking category development

+ Partner with National customer development & National customer marketing team to design O2O activity calendar, ensure execution and secure offtake delivery
