New Training Line Operative

Job description

We require New Training Line Operatives for our client, Cranswick based in Cullybackey, one of the UK's leading food producer and supplier of premium, fresh and added-value food products.

Hours per week: 40

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £ Per Hour

Job Duties:

- Working on production line, using knife
- Cut and trim meat from larger portions into steaks, chops, roasts and other cuts

- Remove primal cuts from carcass, following the correct cutting lines and seams for the station you are operating

- Ensure any bones being removed are to the required customer specification and ensure yields are achieved.

This position is based in Northern Ireland.
