NEW VEHICLE SALES MANAGER
Location: Pretoria
Remuneration: Excellent Package + Incentives
A well-established automotive dealer group is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales department within a franchised dealership environment.
Key Requirements:
 Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership
 Demonstrated success managing a department delivering 40+ retail units per month
 Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets
 Experience within either a volume or premium/luxury brand environment will be considered
 Strong understanding of dealership operations, customer satisfaction, and performance management
