About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Newsletter & Audience Growth Marketing Lead to take full ownership of audience and subscriber growth for our digital publication. This role is pure growth execution—not editorial writing. You will manage subscriber acquisition, newsletter performance, social media growth, funnel optimization, and partner-driven distribution.

You'll work closely with a shared designer (50% allocation), but otherwise operate independently. This is ideal for a highly analytical, execution-driven growth operator who thrives on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subscriber Growth & Funnel Ownership: Own the full end-to-end subscriber acquisition funnel, optimize website conversion, lead magnets...
