We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Description

  • Proficiency in design build and implement Nexthink Infinity ·
    Hands-on experience in integrating Nexthink Infinity with other tools and databases (ITSM tools,ADLS data exporting etc.) ·
    Should know how to promote usage of Nexthink across various IT teams and measure the adoption.
     Create HLD and LLD documents for Nexthink implementation ·
     Good understanding of process to identify use cases analyzing the environment and implement in Nexthink ·
