Shape and drive community involvement as a Neya Community Activation Manager in Oxfordshire. This impactful role focuses on community organization and enhancing local connections.
In this position at Neya, you will work to cultivate a vibrant community across Oxford, Didcot, Wantage, and Henley. You'll conduct grassroots outreach, recruit local ambassadors, and run campaigns that link digital engagement with people on the ground. Your proactive approach will bring new life to the Neya community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit passionate local ambassadors to lead initiatives
• Organize and oversee community meetups and activities
• Launch and manage street-level engagement campaigns
• Facilitate online-to-offline connection strategies
