Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on a range of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Manage and supervise external legal counsel in litigation
• Draft, review, and interpret various legal agreements
• Address compliance and regulatory concerns effectively
• Assist in corporate governance and major transactions
Requirements:
• Law degree and current legal license in Canada or the U.S.
