Job Title: National Head – Mutual Fund Distribution
Business 

Role Objective:
To spearhead and scale Ruloans Wealth’s Mutual Fund Distribution business across India by
formulating a go-to-market strategy, growth plans, driving revenue, and building a robust team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Growth:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for setting up and scaling the
mutual fund distribution business.
o Set and achieve national targets for revenue, AUM (Assets Under
Management), and client acquisition.
2. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of regional heads, relationship
managers, and sales professionals.
o Drive team productivity and foster a collaborative work environment.
