Night Auditor - Fixed Term 12 Months

At Ibis Wellington, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

 

• Assist the Night Team in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
• Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
• Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
