Night Auditor

The Hardiman Hotel is now accepting applications for an experienced Night Auditor to assist with front desk operations and complete nightly audit processes using Opera PMS.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Opera PMS (reservations, folios, billing, night audit module)
• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience
• Availability for night shifts (11pm-7am) including weekends
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete night audit process using Opera PMS and prepare daily reports
• Handle late check-ins/check-outs and guest requests
• Process payments, reconcile accounts and post charges
• Conduct security patrols and safety checks
• Prepare handover for morning team
• Maintain reception area tidiness
