The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing all front office operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth, secure, and professional running of the resort while maintaining the highest standards of service. The role combines guest service responsibilities with night auditing and financial control, requiring discretion, accuracy, and a calm, service-oriented approach in line with Relais & Chateaux luxury hospitality standards.
