We are now looking for a Night Baker who loves being right at the heart of the action to join our wonderful Bakery team. Our Bakers ensure that our world-class food halls and restaurants are stocked with mesmerizing breads and viennoiserie, baked fresh on site every single day.


About the Role



As one of our Bakers, youll be at the heart of the action, preparing all kinds of patisserie, breads and baked goods, organising ingredients, and keeping the kitchen clean. Your role is to act as a vital part of the bakery team by ensuring the smooth running of a section and providing support to the senior chefs and other team members.



In this role, youll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the day to day operational requirements.
