Job Descriptions

Safety: Ensuring that all drilling activities are carried out in compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and that all personnel on the rig are aware of and follow these policies and procedures.
Operational Planning: Participating in the development of drilling plans and schedules, including determining the appropriate equipment and personnel required for each project.
Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that downtime is minimized.
Communication: Communicating with other members of the drilling team, including drilling engineers, geologists, and rig crew, to ensure that all drilling activities are carried out according to the plan and that any issues or concerns are addre...
