Night Nurse Manager

SUMMARY:
The Night Nurse Manager will be responsible for the Clinical Nursing Management of the hospital at night. This includes the co-ordination of all functions and activities related to the provision, promotion and assurance of clinical patient care, via the leadership of a multidisciplinary team in consultation with all relevant stakeholders POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

• Manage the allocated nursing budget at night
• Understand the financial fundamentals of the health care industry
• Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies to ensure sustainability and growth of the business
• Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of Lenmed / hospital and evidence based practice
