Night Operations Manager

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, security, maintenance and other services, and ensuring a safe, secure and well - maintained environment in the Araneta City during nighttime, and requiring proactive management and problem - solving to maintain high standards of service and operations during the night.

Operations and Facilities Management
Oversee the smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment, ensuring uninterrupted services to lessees, resident and visitors.
Conduct routine inspections of all buildings to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Ensure that all nighttime cleaning, maintenance and repair work is done as per schedule and complies with operational standards
Coordinate with Property Management Teams for urgent repairs that need to be undertaken at nighttime
Ensure cost - efficient utility usage at nighttime
