Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reception duties, including guest check-in/out and night audit
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel through regular checks
• Assist with late-night bar service, room service, and basic food prep
• Set up and maintain conference rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest needs with professionalism and care
• Report maintenance issues and manage lost property
• Valet park cars when required
