Night Residential Care Worker

Location: Compassvale Bow, Singapore
Salary: $2,400 - $2,700 + Shift Allowance
Work Schedule: 4 Days Work Week (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

. Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of residents during night shifts
. Monitor residents' activities within the residential facility
. Provide support to residents' welfare and daily routines
. Respond to incidents and emergencies according to established procedures
. Maintain documentation and incident reports when required
. Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

. Diploma or relevant qualification in social services, psychology, counselling, or related fields is an advantage
. Relevant experience in community or residential care settings is preferred
. Able to work night shifts and rotating schedules
