Job Description
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly MALE (NON-SMOKER) to join our guesthouse team in Bellville as a Night Shift Host.
Working Hours:
➢Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 07:00
(You will sleep on site to be on standby and to prepare breakfast the next morning until the day shift staff arrives, after which you may go home.)
➢Every second weekend: 16:00 – 07:00
(Weekends and overtime will be paid accordingly.)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
Serve drinks at the bar and assist with dinner service
Prepare and serve breakfast
Assist with light maintenance and general guesthouse duties
Set up dining areas daily for dinner and breakfast
Handle guest requests, compliments, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and tranquil stay
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
