Night Shift Manager

Introduction

An FMCG Company based in Gauteng are looking for a Night shift manager form 16:00 - 2:00.

Duties & Responsibilities

• STOCK — Attention to accuracy and correctness (expiry dates, stock rotation, quantities of different products)
• Verify at least ten trucks during your shift.
• Manage de-briefing according to company procedures and protocall.
• Management and control of stock counts — ensure accurate reporting of stock
• Punctual with attendance and assignments
• Cleanliness of premises — Outside, loading area and returns
• Cleanliness of cold room, products in rows and grouping of products
• Escalation of errors/damage on system with evidence
• Management of FIFO in cold room to avoid stock losses.
• Daily checking and recording of products' dates
• Management of damaged stock to avoid losses.
