Night Shift Phone Support Representative

We are looking for a reliable and self-driven Phone Support Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls during night shifts. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and basic issue resolution
• Perform simple data entry and record keeping
• Escalate complex issues when necessary

• Excellent spoken English
• Clear phone etiquette and communication skills
