Mission Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our night shift anesthesia team under a unique coverage model that provides full-time salary and benefits while working just one-third of the nights each year.

**Position Details**

+ · Work 121 12-hour shifts per year, self-scheduled within the team
+ · Full-time pay and benefits
