We are a rapidly growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company specializing in Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs). We operate nationally and are focused on clean claims, fast reimbursement cycles, and strong payer relationships.
We are looking for an experienced billing and posting professional who has hands-on experience with Niko Health(required). This is not a training role — we need someone who can step in and execute immediately.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced DME Billing & Payment Posting Specialist with direct experience using Niko Health for:
Claims submission
ERA posting
Denial management
Insurance follow-up
Appeals
AR management
Secondary billing
- Patient balance resolution
Experience with Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and Medicare billing is a major plus.
