Summary
A Day in the Life:
Manage and organize engineering change operations and procedures
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and activities necessary to ensure information, processes, and modifications are aligned with plant and supplier needs
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required
Manage inbound and outbound communications, including emails, phone calls, and interactions on plant portals and systems
Maintain and update records and databases related to the process
Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials
Provide informational support to various departments and teams as needed
Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization that require coordination regarding engineering changes.
