• Provide information regarding event schedules, seating options, ticket prices, and availability.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Ensure one-call resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints
