• Identify and escalate content that violates policies or poses a risk to the community.
• Explain moderation decisions to users in a constructive manner, offering guidance on acceptable content.
• Document and report incidents to ensure accurate record-keeping and continuous improvement of moderation practices.
• Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of content moderation processes and tools.
