NOC Engineer

About the role

As a NOC Engineer for iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and monitoring the company's network infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will be part of the local pioneer team responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively monitor and manage the company's network, servers, and other IT systems to identify and resolve issues
2. Perform regular maintenance and updates to maintain the stability and performance of the IT infrastructure
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, addressing their IT-related concerns in a timely and efficient manner
5. Analyse network traffic and performance data to identify trends and optimise the infrastructure
