What You'll Do
Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate network and server incidents in a 24/7 NOC environment
Handle Cisco-based network issues (routers, switches, firewalls)
Monitor server health, performance, and availability (Windows/Linux)
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA
Perform initial root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and uptime
